Spring has sprung and we are excited to announce the launch our newest individual menu coming this Monday, April 12, 2021. We have got some delicious new menu items like our Ponzu Bowl and a Lunch Wired fan favorite making its return to our menu.
It’s no secret the pandemic caused us to make some drastic changes to our individual lunch menu items, including removing our beloved chicken salad, and consequently, the It’s Cluckin Madness sammich. After listening to your feedback, we have decided to bring it back!
Reintroducing the It’s Cluckin Madness sammich! This fan favorite comes with our Wired chicken salad prepared with house roasted chicken breast, almonds and cranberries and served with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and avocado. If you’ve never tried this yummy sammich, now is your opportunity!
Coming up with new menu items is always fun and challenging. We talked about bringing on a BLT. We also talked about a chicken salad wrap. But neither one felt up to par with the Lunch Wired standard of sammiches.
Why not combine them into something we know our fans will love?
Introducing the Bacon Chicken Salad Wrap! We start with our fan favorite Wired chicken salad and added thick cut smoked bacon, fresh baby spinach, sliced tomato and for a twist our house made Wired ranch – made with buttermilk and herbs. Then we roll all of these amazing ingredients into a wrap of your choice!
Next is the Gordon Greko Wrap, our nod to an 80s fan favorite movie! This wrap is a lighter option that is packed with flavor. The Greko comes with our roasted chicken breast, chopped romaine, cucumber, tomato, feta, Kalamata olives, red onions, sliced fresh red bell peppers, parsley, our house made Greek dressing, and Tzatziki sauce.
Our salad list also got refreshed with two new items!
Let’s start with the Buffalo Chopped Salad. This salad is composed of chopped romaine piled high with buffalo tossed house roasted chicken breast, shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, diced celery, cucumber, chopped thick cut smoked bacon, gorgonzola, and our house made Wired ranch. It hits all the right spots with the spicy chicken, crunchy veggies, tangy gorgonzola, and creamy ranch to bring it all together.
Our other new salad is The Unfalafel, our deconstructed version of a Falafel plate. Also, a great vegetarian option! It comes with mixed greens, chopped parsley, chipotle ranch roasted chickpeas, shredded red cabbage, feta, Kalamata olives, red onion, our new toasted pita chips, house made Greek dressing, and Tzatziki sauce.
Side note – when deciding what would go on this salad, we toyed around with croutons and knew the tortilla strips wouldn’t work on this salad. But we needed a crunch item. Hence, our house made pita chips were born to round out this salad with that perfect crunch!
Let’s talk about those Power Bowls!
We debuted our Signature Power Bowl several years ago and added a few more options in 2019. Our Lunch Wired fans keep asking for more, and we have finally delivered!
The first new Power Bowl is the Mediterranean Bowl. We start with quinoa and pile on our house roasted chicken, sliced pepperoncini, red onions, sliced fresh red bell peppers, cucumbers, feta, parsley, tomatoes, those new toasted pita chips, our roasted onion hummus, and our house Greek dressing. All the flavors, all the crunch, this one will keep you full all day!
Last but not least is our personal Lunch Wired favorite, the Ponzu Bowl. This power bowl comes with fluffy quinoa topped with our house roasted chicken drizzled with teriyaki sauce,
cucumbers, shredded carrots, salted edamame pods, shredded red cabbage, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, our new wonton crisps, and our house made ponzu vinaigrette. This delicious bowl screams flavor from top to bottom, and those wonton crisps…so addicting!
The wonton crisps are so good we had to add them to our Asian crunch salad!
