Spicy Korean Pork Ribs

Reheating Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Remove the pan of ribs and the pan of rice from the vacuum sealed bags

  3. Leave the ribs and the rice in the pans they were packaged in 

  4. Cover pan with ribs with foil before placing them in the oven

  5. Cover pan of rice with tightly with foil before placing it in the oven so it can steam while it reheats

  6. When oven is preheated place ribs and rice in the oven to reheat for approximately 20 - 30 minutes

  7. Half way through, remove foil from the rib pan to lightly brown the ribs and glaze with half of the Korean BBQ sauce

  8. Meanwhile, toss the cucumber salad with the Ponzu Vinaigrette to allow the dressing to soak into the cucumbers

  9. Remove the rice and ribs from the oven

  10. Uncover the rice and fluff with a fork

  11. Glaze the ribs again with the remaining BBQ sauce

  12. Recommended serving size is 1/2 rack per person

  13. Enjoy!
